Wandering around the Science Gallery at lunchtime, and I smiled when I saw this poster. That was always my gripe with the Mistake Factory. It was next to impossible to get time off, because "you are sooooo critical to the project", yet I had to threaten to leave before i got a pay rise. 
Oh well, screw 'em, I'm long gone from there now :) I hear things have gone to shit with the new CEO who is yet another pathologically mean overlord who knows even less about the industry than the last guy
