Raindrops on roses

Gardening yesterday morning - it had rained overnight, the plants were damp, it was cool - reminded me of working in my first garden in Wiltshire.

This garden continues to be attacked by caterpillars - we keep cleaning them off the rose bushes (though see the branch on the right of this one). The oak tree leaves and the manzanita have been stripped back severely.
