Chef at work

M. Is at a conference in Vienna, so I have joined him and spent the day sightseeing. I found this patisserie for lunch, and was lucky to find a seat right at the back, and was able to watch them creating all the beautiful pastries.
We arrived yesterday to torrential rain, so pretty much hibernated until there was an event yesterday evening. The inside of a bowling hall was not very photogenic... so no blip!
