It's Plaastic

I'm getting brassed off about being harangued on an almost daily basis about the use of plastic

Look, as far as I am aware, I didn't invent it, I didn't ask shops and manufacturers to wrap everything in it, and I'm not chucking it in the sea to choke a whale.

Instead of bleating on about it, do something about it. The technology exists.

There was a programme on TV the other week about a scientist who had developed a replacement material using cauliflower leaves, all he needs is a ready supply of leaves and someone interested in taking the idea further. Luckily he was taking to a man from Asda who could supply both. He can't be the only one working on the problem.

Instead of spending billions of our money in overseas aid, spend some of the money on supporting someone who is doing something to benefit us.
