Return to Big D

DON'T PANIC!

Yes I did return to my dialysis unit today, but it was to deliver delicious cakes to the nurses and staff, to thank them for all their care during that nightmare year on Big D.  I got plenty of hugs and they nearly made me cry.

The only thing I miss from Big D is the lovely Cynthia's toast, sadly she wasn't on duty today.

Back on the bike today and I went a little bit further again.  I had to do a bit of a detour, which I didn't want to do as there was a bit of an incline.  The last time I did that route I'd barely started the climb and my legs gave way, today I did it in one and boy did it feel good.
