Summer Blues

WFH today after dropping L off at breakfast club. Packed day after being down south all week and the sun was shining so I went out for a little bike ride early PM then MrsT and I went for a short walk as I still have lots of pain in my ankle.

Picked up L from gymnastics then headed into MISC for a ten pin bowing competition match.

I got pipped in the last game. Aargh!

Sad news on route through. I got a call from a friend to say a mutual friend who I went to school with sadly took his own life.

His ex wife took her own life about a year ago and I don’t think he ever got over it.

He is a grandad too as well as a dad.

Very sad news.
