Vegan Italian sausages on a stick. Very tasty. I cooked them mindfully, connecting with my inner griddle.

Shitty day (literally) then went into work for 5.30pm for a meeting from 7.00 - 9.00. Went well, which was a relief. Just makes for a late night.
