Slow Run

Good to get out on the sunshine finally, albeit for a very gentle run as I'm struggling with a muscle problem. The rest of the day was spent shopping & cooking before work. Thankfully the computer system is sorted buts it's 11pm and I haven't left yet it's been so busy. Too many kids having fun in the sun!
