Art classes

Three weeks ago, Little Miss started taking art classes after school on a Thursday. This is her first ever attempt at pastels. Of course, she’s picking it to bits; not liking this or that, but we are blown away. The best bit is that she can lose herself in the process and comes home so happy and bouncy; like she’s refilling her tank by doing something she enjoys so much. She definitely seems to get in her flow zone.

Then she played trumpet in a school concert (she only knows five notes, but she can play them well!) I was so tired that I stayed home and did some school work. Mr B recorded the tunes she was a part of so that I could still experience it.
