I went over to Canary Wharf to photograph psychologist Dr Linda Papadopolos talking about identity in the social media age. Fascinating.

Marking (for me) Mental Health Week I managed to get off the tube at Canary Wharf and reach the surface without a panic attack. Yey! Go me!

For this I was rewarded by a fire in a tunnel on the Bakerloo Line on the way home. We were turfed off at Marylebone and although I stared at the escalator for some while, I didn't push my luck by stepping on it. The escalator problem is due to balance and therefore not really a phobia.
