Reflections

I volunteered at a bake sale today at the local hospital for a support group that I recently joined. It was a lot of fun and I was pleasantly surprised by the generousity of those that stopped by to purchase our yummy baked goods. Many people just gave money and didn't take any food. And others paid more than the price marked! People are fabulous!

I made three different things: Rice Krispie treats, peanut butter s'mores cookies and Scottish malteser's. Special thanks to cakescakescakes for the delicious malteser recipe. I had to use some American ingredients, but the bars came out great!!
