Rats

The pool finished, the ground below it leveled in preparation for the laying of the lawn when the pump started making a strange noise. Two steps forward and all that is how it feels.

But, we did have a lovely surprise in the evening. Liz had invited us out for supper and we arrived to find wee Mags and Mary there too, all the way from the far east (aka Boksburg).

A great night with great food and lots of laughs. And a couple of belated b’day gifts too.
