Soggy bluetit

Another day off work for me. I went down to the Urgent Care Centre at the hospital to have someone take a look at my ribs and advise me on what to do with myself.

The doctor I saw doesn’t think they are broken but does think they are quite bruised on the left along with my upper arm and shoulder (which I can’t really raise very high).

I now have some exercises and some stronger painkillers, although she said my ribs are likely to feel worse before they start feeling better.

Urgh.
