12 Week Scan

Dare I share? I am hesitating. Daughter in Law Shelly, as some of you who follow me will know, is a midwife and has endometriosis. Which is horrid (Google it). After various operations, she and Chris had given up all hope of conceiving naturally and went for a 2nd appointment with the IVF consultant to see if she would be accepted onto the NHS programme. Only to discover ....that she was pregnant! More anxious times as an ectopic pregnancy is common in these cases. However, thank goodness, we have got to week 12 and it's growing in the right place. Not out of the woods yet by any means, but every day is a day in the right direction.
