Down the W

As the bus went down the W, or Ladder, from the top of Minchinhampton common to Nailsworth, I snapped these cows grazing by the side of the road. They're out to grass now until November.

I was returning to Nailsworth from Stroud, where Steve and I had held a fairly quiet market stall.
Tomorrow's market will be in Nailsworth, outdoors. Sadly the weather has turned cold.

My last night in Rockness tonight. Just as I'm getting used to it, sadly.
