Home grown flowers

The weather was rather grey and later it rained.

My gardener was here in the morning (not HtP) neatening the borders. He was watched by the blackbird who took every opportunity to take the grubs for his young.

My sister Angelique and Mr A are going on a cruise tomorrow from Southampton so they are staying the night. She bought me these lovely roses from her garden.

We’ve been out for a lovely dinner together.

And it’s my daughter’s birthday today.
