There's Whiskey In the Jar

It's not whisky, It's wine. 

yes, I have dabbled in the wine making  

I'm thinking that if this works out, I'm going to leave my job, buy a vineyard in France and become a French Wine Expert. 

I can see it right now.... 

But I'll have to wait 10 days until this is ready and see how it tastes.   That's the deciding factor.
