My Girls

After breakfast Alan left to spend the day with his mum and dad, Scarlett went to her dance class and Scott went to the gym.  Then after lunch, us girls went to Speke Hall which is a National Trust property.  The plan was to do a family photoshoot, but Scott wasn't very impressed when Rach told him last night, and he really didn't want to have his photo taken, plus he said he had jobs to do.  So it was just the girls!

It was very tricky as it was cloudy with not much light, and although I'd taken my flash, the girls were running around and were far too quick so my flash couldn't keep up. I did manage to get some nice shots though and this was Rachel's favourite out of the ones I'd chosen for Blip.

Once home, Alan came to pick me up as we were driving home tonight and Norma (mum in law) was coming back with us for a few days.  We left about 5.30pm and had a great journey with hardly any traffic.  The Sat Nav said we'd be home about 9.40pm, but we stopped at Oxford Services and went for a meal at Pizza Express, finally getting home at 11pm.  We're all unpacked and the first wash load is on, and it's now time for bed.
