Off duty

This weekend was the annual Kobe Matsuri and the entire city has been engulfed in the festivities. The main part of today was the grand float parade which included the Disney bus and inexplicably, lots and lots of samba dancing.

The city was rammed all weekend with plenty of visitors, 1 million if the local news is to be believed. It was quite claustrophobic at times and I stayed in the fringe so photo opportunities were poor.

I passed this dance group as we were all heading home at the end of the parade.
