Day of rest ???

After Church went for petrol.Really exciting !!! 
Back home tidied garden and blipped the neighbours hedge.
It divides the two houses at the front.

It was really messy so I asked him  to cut it back a while ago.
It did it good as it's never blossomed so well before.
It's really pretty but make a a mess when it stops blooming ;) I
No idea what it is ??
