Passing Sanda Island
12C with some mist and occasional smir in the morning. Brighter in the afternoon. Light Westerly breeze.
Grocery shopping.
We drove the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay. No seals on the rocks at Kiel. There were occasional groups of Gannets offshore with one or two diving.
We walked along to the far end of the beach and back.
We stopped on the way home at another little beach between Kiel and Dunaverty and picked up more sea worn pieces of old brick which we are using to cover a small strip of earth under the fence at the back of our garden plot. Still need some more !
Stopped on the way through town to get some lovely local ice cream for afternoon guzzling.
Later Apothecary 7 was putting gesso on Khadi paper for her next paintings.
