Off to Berlin

We had a 5 pm flight which was nice as we had enough time to pack and go for brunch before heading to the airport.
We went to Comet Pieces, which is our favourite breakfast place at the moment.
The flights were smooth, we had time for a quick coffee at Schiphol and arrived at 10 pm in Tegel.
We took the U-Bahn home and went out for a stroll in the Kiez after 11 pm.
Kaisers was closed already and we went to Rubens for a couple of cocktails and chatted about my situation.
I feel more confident today with the decision to quit and Neil thinks it is really time now. He has never seen me so aggravated about work.

On the way home we ended up buying some Turkish food, which was probably not the best idea, but I needed to counteract the cocktails.
We sat up a bit longer and fell to bed after 2 am.
