Korsman's Bird Sanctuary....

... is a conservancy of approx 100 hectares around a central ephemeral pan, situated within the Benoni suburb of Lakeview. It has a good selection of bird species, particularly during the summer months.

We spent a very pleasant couple of hours there this afternoon, recording 38 species.
