Finally a sunny day.....

It has been so dreary and cold and wet for the past week, i haven't been too far for walks etc., and for some reason didn't take my camera when i was out and about!!!!

So this morning it was such a delight to walk thro our forest and take some photographs.   I spent quite a while taking images of these reflections and have done some interesting stuff on LR with the image with the idea of using it as a source of inspiration for a painting!  looking forward to that.  

but in the meantime, it's the potter's hat i'm wearing right now, which is just fine.  next week i enter into the glazing stage....have to have 2 kilns done by June 1st, when i am official open for the season!   lots to do over in the studio between now and then.  

It's the Victoria day weekend here....which doesn't mean too much to us self employed folks.   but i am taking a day or two off!!!
