Whooper Swan Again
A revisit to the Whooper Swan from a couple of weeks ago - actually its probably another one.
I noticed the warning from the British Heart Foundation that at Christmas the average person consumes the equivalent of half a pack of lard in saturated fat and as much salt as would be found in 50 packets of crisps (potato chips). And for most people its also supplemented with the equivalent of 32 teaspoons of sugar.
Its not just the Christmas lunch/dinner - the average breakfast on Christmas Day contains 1,200 calories!
Anyway I'm currently getting into the Christmas spirit listening to a song called "I wanna Hippopotimus for Christmas" - I kid you not!
