Shadows of the Cliffs

And today being another amazing day, a trip up to Duncansby to have a view of the Stacks from the sunny side.  This involves a walk of about a mile and a half southwards along the John o'Groats trail from the lighthouse.  Worth it though.  The cliffs are covered in wildflowers - mostly sea thrift, but also spring squill and little purple pea-like flowers.
This view is looking southwards, and for scale, in the top right you can see the silhouettes of two people.
