My friend and her husband managed to stay in longer than me today. It felt really cold so I headed back but did an extra little bit beyond the boathouse and clapped eyes on the best stretch of globe flowers I’ve ever seen. What a great sight.
I was really chuffed too because my friend’s husband lost his St.Christopher's when he took off his wetsuit and the chain broke and I found it amongst the pebbles. He’s had it since he was 16 ... just a few years ago! There’s not much I can do to thank them for being so constant and consistently kind over all these years so I was dead chuffed to find it.
