Kite Festival

Westward Ho! held a kite festival today - the grands were all busy with their own doings and goings on so Terrifo and self went together to enjoy a walk on the beach and to see the various kites.  ``my favourite was this wonderful dragon - amazingly beautiful dancing in the (light) winds.
There were kite surfers there too - when the tide came in - as well as a few land based board kiters.  Several schools of surfers were out today as well - caught these two as they were going back in - exhausted!
