Road Trip

Rowing cancelled again today.   Seas were fine but waves in the fairway meant that we didn’t manage to launch the skiff.   Shame but safety first.

Slightly dysfunctional day after that was rescued with a two hour drive with P into remote parts of the Lammermuirs.   It’s a favorite release of mine which I was happy to share. There are roads which are as remote as the Scottish highlands within 20 mins drive of North Berwick.   Listened to Matt Haig on paperback writer (inspiring) then watched Nadia talking about anxiety on catch up.  

Found this stunning tree in the middle of nowhere. Last seen in an April snowstorm in 2017.
