More blossom

We got several jobs done this morning ...... they have been waiting to be done for a while!

Right in the middle of trying to hang the new insect door screen we had a call from my eldest sister! Timing! She is away for a few days & had spoken to Mum who said her leg was swollen! It got injured while she was in hospital! Thought they were supposed to cure you!

So on the way for our walk we called in to see Mum & have a look at her leg. It was a little swollen .... but not enough to be a problem as it wasn't hot or red! Mum seemed happy to wait & see how it was in the morning as we had been to check!

We then went to Westgate Woods for a walk ..... we could hear lots of birdsong but the birds were staying well hidden! We did spend a little while watching a pair of Great Tits flying back & forth to the nest box to feed their young which was lovely & we did manage to get a glimpse of a Robin & also another Whitethroat! We enjoyed the walk anyway :-)



I am probably not going to have time to catch up today (Monday) ....... if I don't I will finish catching up Tuesday ..... please bear with me :-)
