Sunday morning walk

Today I took my usual Sunday walk in Epping Forest with Zeus09smum and Zeus and this week we were joined by two friends of hers.  The sky was quite overcast but it was pleasantly warm, perfect for comfortable walking and chatting: we did in fact, walk over three miles.
I didn't take my camera today so my shots were all mobile phone only. Of course this meant that lots of geese took off and landed and a duck appeared with her eight ducklings etc, all of which really needed a camera to do the subjects justice.  I've picked then, the few shots that were slightly better quality and look rather pretty together.  The plump caterpillar was one of many that we rescued today by moving them to safety of greenery
