Zen in London

It always amazes me that I can find space and peacefulness in the hugeness of London. I had a lovely 90 minutes strolling in Regents Park, sniffing the roses and particularly enjoying this little Japanese island.

After battering my debit card on Marylebone High Street, off for lunch with the gorgeous duo (you know who you are), so nice I didn't even mind ordering cabbage by mistake instead of pasta.
