rooted...

...in something

as the the rains poured from - the skies yet again - it seemed apropos to post - this coloring rendition of a favorite - scripture passage i learned - many moons ago - it’s a simple coloring - but the message is a strong one - because i feel we all have - a basic need to - feel rooted to something or someone - to your faith or a cause - to a passion - whatever it is - you should do it with strength and determination - this verse sums it up - much better than i ever could

‘continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him and firm in your faith’ colossians 2:6-7 (net)

of course, being from the bible - it’s referring to faith - but you can extrapolate it - to anything else if you desire - i won’t be offended - the same way i am allowed - to hold it firm to my own faith - and spirituality which is my - whole point here - about being rooted in something - it gives us purpose and cause - and in the end will lead us toward...
