Dead proud

It has been a long time since I knitted a pair of socks. So I was not convinced that they would come out nicely. But I think this pair can be declared a success. They are warm, soft and fit well. 

Today is my first day of proper freedom. I spent the weekend sleeping and doing the washing, and not much else. 

Today I did my tax return, and then went to the pub. Tomorrow I might be more ambitious. But then again maybe I won't.
