Plenty to attend to - the post, the unpacking and washing, the walkover of the garden, a flypast of the boat (on the breakwater) and a proper lunch with bread out the oven and smelly cheese.
But that was all just a prelude to the main event - two episodes of Game of Thrones. The last two. Ever! Oh my word; the second last didn’t disappoint for a moment. And then the finale - episode 73 - no spoilers here! I gather from t’internet that not everyone was impressed. Well, for the record I thought it was more than fine and the whole thing has been an absolute triumph. Hokum and nonsense but spellbinding if you want it to be. I want!
