Friendly bikes

I had a bit of a bad session with Brent. I think perhaps my expectations had been too high. And he said pyjamas in the day weren’t okay. Sad times.

I also think I’ve been getting too anxious about writing everything down. But it has revealed to me one of the reasons I was getting so anxious about seeing the GP is this feeling I must get everything said and not forget anything. Maybe now that it’s transferred to writing everything, things will be easier with the GP.

Tomorrow I have the challenge o going to the pharmacy at 10, even though nobody is waiting for me. I’m going to an art gallery afterwards (also by myself) so am actually quite excited.
