Popped into Marguerite and Mike's today to help round the house and then sat with Mike while Marguerite went out. It makes me appreciate just how hard it must be to be a permanent carer for a partner.

We're packing up for our camping trip next week, I'm feeling this is the lull before the storm. We still have our caravan as we noticed a leak after the storms the other week and we would not sell it with water leaking in. So, next week we are camping for 4 days, Jodie and Hayley and the grandchildren aged between 2 - 4years old are going to be in a tent next to us. Hayley is a keen camper and Jodie wants to give it a try. Oh yes, and + 2 dogs ...... Not sure this is going to work out well, especially as the children will be so excited to see each other, and they tend to wake up at 5.30AM!
