Bureaucracy
Day in London, doing paperwork in the Consulate…
Not an easy task when you have to register with the Consulate (explaining why you have not bothered in 25 years), register a 22 year old marriage, and inscribe a 15 year old baby…
Unfortunately my birth certificate wasn’t acceptable as it was 22 years old, the photocopy of my passport hadn’t been stamped by the post office, forgot my child’s passport at home (with the proof of address). Everything else was tip top and ship shape…
That happens when the alarm gets accidentally switched off by the husband and you wake up with only fifteen minutes to shower, get dressed and run to the station sprinting like a cheetah, at bloody 5.30 in the morning.
The picture is of Waterloo station with some random buildings reflected on the glass,,,
It was a lovely day, though… I am having a bucket of wine now...
