Side On

A working day locally for me (Chris) but first I had an early morning physio appointment. After several months of manipulation to stop a pain in my upper arm/shoulder, the approach has been switched to acupuncture. It's the first time I've experienced it and it certainly got the muscles twitching but it wasn't at all painful despite the many needles.

Annie has been across to Cambridge today again as well as her usual working day. Her step mum was rushed into A&E on Sunday but thankfully after a couple of days in hospital, she's back home this evening.
