So lastnight in had an accident at work, one of the guns hit me in the face and my tooth went through my lip. Yay. They had me ice it for like a hour then I finished the night. I guess my fat lip will go well with my bruised arms lol. 
So far today I havnt hurt myself...feeling pretty down today though
