New Role

Recently our Contracts Manager had been at one of our Branches and saw how they did a few things differently. On Monday I started in a new Role at work, we are trialing for a month a First Responder. This involves me attending Urban P1 jobs,making an assessment so it can be reprioritised to a lesser priority if necessary and if urgent, notifying what resources will be required. I can see this working well as it will take the pressure off our Servicemen and we can meet our KPI requirements. I am back doing full time leakdetection as it was not working with every Tom Dick and Harry doing it, I will be doing a range of other duties but not digging holes or full time on the tools.
