Mini tree

First 'real' tree I've had for years, I'm not a fan of hoovering up pine needles for months into the New Year but we saw this cute Merry Christmas bucket in the local garden centre yesterday and found a mini tree to put in it. No lights though as ours are too big for it.

We've also got a gold tinsel tree, a fibre optic tree, a gold metal one and a ceramic one for the mantlepiece. The wooden German tree from the Birmingham Christmas market a few years ago didn't come down from the attic yesterday so it is not going to go up this year.

Gary has been busy in the kitchen all day preparing all the veg for tomorrow and wrangling the massive turkey - there may well be a traditional Christmas dinner blip tomorrow...
