Finally I managed to sort out the massive problem at work which has been stressing and worrying me for the past few days (and insurer not doing the right thing by the client), with a bit of help from the network my firm belongs to, I've finally made the insurer see the error of their ways, so now I have a very happy client. Although it's been stressful, on reflection I've enjoyed the challenge of battling with the insurer, it makes the job interesting and my staff are amazed at what I have achieved and who I have been able to call in favours from. Just goes to prove it's not always what you know, it's who you know. ;)
