Penrith population appears to be "Population 14,756 (2001)"
Cockermouth, by comparison "Population 7,877 (2001)"

I put it to you, members of the jury, if this is a side-street of Cockermouth wouldn't you think Penrith could do better than this, plus, of course, the ones by "The George" hotel. Some shops have a, provided, wee tree and lights up on their wall ... and "That Shallot".
