A productive Saturday

I popped back to the plant nursery to buy some more plants, then took them home and made up 2 more hanging baskets.

In the afternoon I went for a ride with Emma, Mary and Rachel ( who was on foot leading Mary - she’s not ridden a bike since the accident when she fell off and left a lot of skin off her knee on the road! ). Mary mostly picked flowers off the roadside ... and some of grandma’s lilacs!

Last time I rode, the reins were dreadful but Louise had bought new ones ... unfortunately, now the rubber on the side of the stirrups has snapped so I had to ride in open sided stirrups! Luckily, Roxy was well behaved!
