Morning light

Felt like death warmed up this morning - probably not helped by the fact my sore throat woke me up six times in the night.  Called in sick again and spent the day on the sofa again.  Although I did peel myself off it and wash my hair this afternoon - that helped me feel a bit more human.  

Another beautiful day to be stuck indoors - but nice to listen to the birds when I opened the window again this afternoon.
