One More Sleep!

There's a bit more wrapping to do, a couple of cards to write and then to sleep. Woohoo!
Oh yes and there's the mince pies to eat and whisky to drink!
We've had a lovely Christmas Eve.
The Little Misses and I made Nigella's Instant Chocolate Mousse this morning - marshmallows and 85% chocolate melted and stirred into vanilla whipped cream. Mmmmmmmm!!!!
They love helping with cooking. And they thought it was funny to do what we'd just watched "the lady" do on Sky+
Then it was to Nana and Papa's for a family Chistmas Eve feast with my brothers, sister in law and cousins M and T.
Far too much food and lovely chit chat!
I knew the Little Misses would fall asleep on the way home so before we left this afternoon we put the whisky, mince pies and carrots out for Santa and Rudolph, they put their empty pillowcases on the ends of their beds ready for Santa to fill and we put the Santa Stop Here sign out in the garden. All set!
And at Nana's house there was a letter to each of them from Santa which just about tipped them over the edge in the giddiness stakes!
But they're tucked up in bed fast asleep. Ready for the big day!
