Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin with southwest seasoning, fire-roasted corn, and spinach salad. Wine: Campo Viejo Rioja Reserva 2013.
The pork was very nicely seasoned but a bit dry (overcooked a bit), the sides were quite nice. The wine was not a winner (thin, bitter in an aspirin direction, and the faintest hint of cranberry).
