Waiting!
Eda was waiting for the food to arrive here in Clifton Village at the Deli Place. It wasn’t too busy as most people had opted to sit out at pavement tables but we felt it would be safer to have Eda inside. We did have a high chair for her but she wanted to go on the settle at the back of the table and this was as high as she could reach. We got some nice salads which Grace and I are eating for lunch out in the garden.
Just noodled around and didn’t buy much but Clifton is a lovely, if pricey place to visit.
Back now while she has a nap.
The house almost opposite Grace is unusual in this terrace as it has a drive and garage. They park on the drive. Someone parked across it last night and haven’t returned. They have a baby and a toddler and they can’t get out so they are waiting. It’s hapoened to them before. The selfishness of some people is beyond belief.
I’m waiting too as my train home is this afternoon. Sad to leave as always but I will see Eda again in mud June so nit too bad.
(The extra is a picture of three dresses Grace has made. The front one is for Eda, the second for Annika and the third for Martha. They are just awaiting hemming to the correct length. She has made them as a thank you to her friends for their kindness and generosity.)
