Fire Engine

My husband had two Addenbrookes hospital appointments this morning, both went well and we were able to escape into Cambridge for lunch. We had a wander round taking pictures and enjoying the sunshine. 

Today's picture is of part of a fire engine which we saw as we walked across Christ's Pieces; an ambulance was also in attendance. I do not know what the problem was, but it was near the bus station and there were a lot of buses going nowhere.

The temperature at noon was nineteen degrees Celsius; it was sunny and hot all day.
